Special Education Teacher

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for teaching students with disabilities in the middle and high school. They will provide individualized instruction, develop lesson plans, communicate with parents and colleagues, and create a supportive learning environment.
Experience in teaching students with disabilities Knowledge of special education practices and techniques Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues Experience or familiarity with middle and high school education Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field About Grand River Academy
