Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Mandarin-Speaking Educational Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. Currently operating remotely, we offer a fully remote/hybrid working mode.
Responsibilities:
Editing Specialist (ES): Edit application essays and school academic essays with students.
Brainstorming Specialist (BS): Brainstorm application essays and school academic essays with students.
Sales: Research and prepare materials for sales pitches to students and their parents, provide consultancy sessions, and promote products.
Tutor: Conduct lectures and training sessions online or in person.
Supervisor: Arrange and follow up on courses.
Curriculum Practice Specialist (CPS): Provide high-level college application and career planning counseling to students.
Additional responsibilities may include conducting advisory services globally, collaborating with international offices, and other duties assigned by the Managing Partner.
Basic Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin and English (written, spoken, and reading).
Master's degree from a top college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
Interest in education and business with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Positive energy and results-driven attitude.
Flexibility, timeliness, and dependability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in American college application consulting.
Ability to excel as a relationship manager.
