Sous Chef

Bar Enza is hiring a  Sous Chef to help lead their stellar kitchen team. Located in the iconic Charles Hotel in Harvard Square, Bar Enza is a neo-trattoria serving authentic Italian food in the heart of Cambridge. This position requires a minimum of two years kitchen management experience in a quality, high-volume restaurant (AOS degree in Culinary Arts and ServSafe certification is a plus). The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, a great palette, and an eye for detail. This individual should possess strong leadership and communication skills, sense of urgency, and an ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively. At Bar Enza, they value ambition and enthusiasm over experience and are more interested in finding the right people.
