• Oversee all stations in the kitchen and jump in when needed• Maintain highest quality and standards in daily restaurant operations• Manage line cooks, prep cooks, warewashers, and hourly team members• Ensure all pars are met in the kitchen and oversee menu execution• Create a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or a Culinary degree• Excellent fish butchery skills• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead-by-example
