Job Title Solutions Business Development Manager - OBL/ASC (Northeast) Job Description
This position is connected to the OBL/ASC market to help drive our sales and grow the business. The Business Development Manager will assist with new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include supporting the sales team on new business models, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

Understanding of various financial mechanisms and how they can be utilized by customers to achieve different objectives

You're the right fit if
You've acquired 5+ years of experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment
You have a BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience
Proven selling and customer relationship management skills with the ability to navigate a complex sales process to include stakeholders / partners.
Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably engage key stakeholders such as physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers and supply chain to present value proposition
Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders
Ability to quickly adapt and respond to job, environmental, and industry changes
Ability to travel 50%

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $250,500 to $296,000 annually,
plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes
