Compensation:?$15-16/hour

Position Summary: The Solar Energy/Utilities Coordinator makes it possible for our customers to complete their solar journey and have their solar system energized. They are responsible for filling out various applications on each customer's behalf to submit to their respective utility companies. In this process, they may reach out to the customer through calls, texts, and emails for signature or to verify their utility bill. They also work with each utility company to ensure the customer's application is approved and their new utility meter is installed.
Essential Duties :
Answer inbound calls to assist customers in their solar process Fill out applications each day with different utility companies on each customer's behalf Make customer calls to verify information or obtain their signature on applications Work with sales representatives to verify the customer's utility bill Solve problems and improve processes to help increase efficiency Research applications or requirements when new markets are opened Minimum Qualifications:
