We are looking for talented Software Engineer s to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and delivering full stack applications.
Responsibilities :
Contribute on major initiatives to extend our financial platform capabilities.
Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to fully understand the feature and product vision and provide engineering feedback.
Design elegant API interfaces and domain models to provide consistency across multiple downstream vendor integrations.
Build secure, robust, scalable, and performant systems for processing transactions and managing customer data.
Set and maintain high standards of technical excellence across the team.
Achieve operational excellence by participating in the team on-call rotation and owning production issues from root cause analysis to resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize projects and communicate changes to broader audiences.
Estimate project timelines, ensuring that projects you own stay on track and escalate as needed.
Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs.
Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
Train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams on systems application.
May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets, and schedules and for documenting work and results.
May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
1+ years of experience in software development
Strong programming skills in Python (Flask & Django), Java, and React .
Experience with Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with financial services data sources.
Experience with AWS is required .

The pay range for this full-time position is $84,820.00 - $138,250.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
