HOW A SOFTWARE ARCHITECT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software Work with a team of systems engineers and software developers to specify, design, develop, test and deploy the end-state system. Development will take place in an iterative fashion using scrum techniques with inputs from multiple stakeholders. Communicate with team leads and senior leadership and rapidly adjust direction in support of new and/or changing requirements. Design and guide the implementation and maintenance of various systems Architect data integration from one system to another Architect and manage the ingestion and normalization of data from multiple data sources Develop technical documentation and briefing materials to support program status reviews, control gates, and other presentations as directed by program management Work with other enterprise service programs to leverage their capabilities Coordinate and/or participate in system integration and/or user acceptance testing Coordinate and guide the writing of unit and integration test Architect and coordinate the monitoring of applications in production Participate in code reviews Create and designs advanced phases of the software development lifecycle. Create and designs overall highly ingenious software systems that addresses and/or exceeds the user/business needs. Create and designs highly impactful models and diagrams that show programmers the software code needed for an application. Create and designs innovative software updates, refinement, testing and debugging processes to meet business needs. Utilize the comprehensive analysis of project specification, activity, and status to create and design highly ingenious software systems. Provide highly ingenious and overarching advice on the documentation of the software or system design. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts. The likely salary range for this position is $176,000 - $264,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
