For over 12 years, our Social Security Law firm, based in Charlotte, NC, has proudly served a nationwide client base, advocating for the rights of disabled individuals. At our firm, we are dedicated to assisting hardworking people in obtaining the benefits they rightfully deserve.
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Paralegal/Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), encompassing all levels from initial applications to hearings and appeals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough case screening and evaluation
Manage case development, including ordering medical records
Maintain effective communication with Disability Determination Services (DDS) and Office of Hearings Operations (OHO)
Provide exceptional client communication and support
Optionally cover hearings at the Administrative level (Attorney degree not required)
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in SSDI case management
Familiarity with Prevail Case Management system preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team
Leadership skills to assume a lead role in our SSDI/SSI practice
