Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to provide full-funnel digital marketing support from Social• Utilize all major social media platforms to drive results• Monitor and analyze platform-specific social media trends, insights, and best practices• Create & curate engaging and impactful social content• Plan and manage content calendars for all social media platforms• Develop and manage paid and/or boosted advertising campaigns & budgets• Manage online communities and respond to comments and inquiries• Monitor and report on KPIs and make data-driven recommendations• Collaborate and communicate well with cross-functional teams• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, tools, and technologies• Plan and execute (or contribute to) Earned social efforts
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field• 3-5 years of experience in social digital marketing• Passion for Social Media as a powerful digital marketing channel• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing tools• Strong proficiency in social content creation• Experience with paid and/or boosted social media campaigns• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Key Skills Needed
• Experience in ecommerce marketing• Knowledge of digital customer acquisition and audience-building strategies• Experience with social marketing campaigns• Experience around the Creator Economy• Graphic design skills• Photo & Video editing skills
