Responsibilities
• Operate screen printer, paste inspection, pick and place, and reflow oven• Work in conjunction with group leader, setup person, and parts coordinator• Communicate effectively and listen in a professional and courteous manner• Solve minor problems and recognize bigger problems requiring supervisor assistance• Pay attention to detail and have organizational skills• Work as a member of a team• Function under time pressure• Get along with co-workers• Accept change in a positive manner• Contribute to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment• Work in compliance with Microboard, OSHA, and SDS safety policies
Requirements
