Why We Need Your Talents: Slot Technicians are professionals who repair, maintain, and monitor the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices, including the physical moves of any related gaming equipment. Additionally, a slot technician will work with management to oversee the repair of machines by ordering parts and providing cost estimates.

Where You'll Make an Impact: Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices on the casino floor and repair shop Participate in the installation, movement, repair, and removal of electronic gaming devices. Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state and or internal regulations. Ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for guests of Live! Casino and Hotel by maintaining the gaming equipment at the top level of proper operation. Ensure interaction with guests is friendly, cooperative and professional. Skills to Help You Succeed: Communication Teamwork Time Management Dexterity Ability to: Write technical statements. Read simple instructions and schematic diagrams. Knowledge of: Hand tools and electronic testing devices. Routine troubleshooting. Game device repair. Gaming laws and regulations. Must-Haves: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two (2)-year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance. Must be able to acquire and maintain the Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency license required for the position. Physical Requirements: Casino is over 300,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency. Standing 15% Walking 80% Sitting 5% Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.
