Site Superintendent- Retail Construction

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent-Retail Construction to manage the entire construction process for retail projects. The Site Superintendent will ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organization, and technical skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to oversee the entire construction process.
Position Overview: The Site Superintendent-Retail Construction will supervise and coordinate all activities related to the construction of a variety of retail projects. This includes overseeing subcontractors and managing job site safety. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that project plans, specifications, and related documents are properly followed. Oversee the entire construction process. Provide technical support and advice to subcontractors. Monitor the progress of the project and ensure that all deadlines are met. Ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Maintain job site safety at all times. Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all specifications are met. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field. At least 5 years of experience in retail construction. Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety requirements. Experience with office, strip mall, and restaurant construction.
