Applicants MUST be willing to travel to different site locations within Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County.
The Site Coordinator Floaters will assist with all day-to-day operations for all programs assigned and report directly to the Community Center Site Coordinator. Responsible for adhering to Community Services Foundation (CSF) and Management Company established guidelines and regulations.  Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality and utilize tact and good judgment with participants in order to uphold community center rules and regulations.  Answer the phone and greet all participants in a positive and professional manner.  Establish a working relationship with coworkers, participants and parents.  Provide assistance as a tutor, mentor and chaperone. Provide supervision and leadership for all activities inside and outdoors related to youth/teen programs. Maintain daily attendance through sign in sheets; prepare bulletin boards to reflect program activities, implement educational sessions related to schoolwork and assist with planning events. Assist with the preparation of submitting timesheets, monthly reports, newsletters, vendor reports, and all other reports required as requested.  Assists the Community Center Site Coordinator in maintaining its enrollment capacity with all youth/teen programs. Assist in recruiting new participants through advertisement and special events.  Keeps an open line of communication with the Community Center Coordinator acknowledging all work-related issues. Assists Community Center Coordinator with strategies and activities to implement all activities and programs and to increase parental participation.  Reports all suspected abuse situations to supervisor and appropriate agency.  Conducts safety evacuation drills monthly.  Utilizes good judgment with participants, residents, rental office, investors, and community partners.  Other duties as assigned.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing the conduct of various recreational programs/events.  Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.  Ability to work as a team member with co-workers and volunteers.  Ability to assist with planning and implementing programs for all ages.  Minimum Qualifications: College Degree in related field preferred or 3 years related work experience.  Primary office hours : Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30-5:30 p.m.; schedule may shift to start earlier, end later, or involve weekend work based on business needs, workload, and other factors. Travel: Must have reliable transportation. Travel required to different site locations daily. Travel may be required up to 90%. Locations: Glen Burnie, Columbia, Rockville, Gaithersburg, and Derwood in Maryland.  About Community Services Foundation: Community Services Foundation (CSF) provides the training and oversight of programs and services offered in managed housing community centers throughout the metropolitan Washington DC area.
