Job Summary:A-1 Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting guests and employees between various locations within our hospitality group, while providing excellent service and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. This is a Full Time, hourly position within our fast-paced and dynamic organization.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Responsibilities:Safely operate a shuttle bus to transport guests and employees between designated locations within the hospitality groupGreet guests and assist with loading and unloading luggage and other belongingsProvide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing information, and addressing any concerns or complaintsAdhere to all traffic laws and follow designated routes to ensure timely and efficient transportationKeep the shuttle bus clean and presentable at all times, both inside and outPerform routine inspections and maintenance checks of the shuttle bus, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to managementMaintain accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times, as well as mileage and fuel usageFollow emergency protocols and procedures in the event of an accident or other unforeseen circumstancesCommunicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operation of the shuttle serviceRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and clean driving recordPrevious experience as a shuttle bus driver or in a related customer service field preferredKnowledge of Seattle and surrounding areasAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC statement:A-1 Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment for all employees.
