Responsibilities: Answer phones and respond to customer and carrier requests Process products from inventory to sales orders as needed Fulfill and complete sales orders multiple times per day Maintenance of customer sales order copies Process shipments and print BOLs for customer orders Maintain records for inventory, shipping notices, invoices, etc. Participate in monthly inventory process Required Skills : 2-5 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to communicate well with management, co-workers, drivers, etc. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities Hiring for this position is ongoing and will be filled as required.
