Shipping Clerk

Shipping Clerk Are you an experienced Shipping Clerk looking for your next career? Are you someone that has experience preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments? We need to talk!
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Saturday with plenty of overtime available!
What you would be working on:  Receive and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, distributing packages and letters within the company.  Maintain the stockroom, organize, clean and catalog items on a regular basis.  Schedule shipments and plan logistics to ensure there is sufficient storage space for all items and staff on hand to manage the shipments.  Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regilar shipping and receiving reports for managers.  Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.  Place merchandise in warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary and operating forklifts or pallet jacks for large goods.  What will help you be successful:  At least 2 years of experience in a shipping and receiving or shipping clerk role. 2 years experience operating forklifts.  Detail oriented.
