The Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories. This project will include:
Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments
create taxonomy and content types
create retention schedules
create custom forms to add and retrieve/search documents
create workflows to process documents
create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events
create a standard security model.
SPO setup and configuration as a document repository
Customizing SPO forms and workflows
Power Platform development experience
Creating a document taxonomy
Creating retention schedules
Creating and using term stores
365 user security
Secretary of State trusted system requirements
Document Scanning experience is a plus.
