Sewing Technician

Nesco Resource is looking for a Sewing Technician located in Watertown, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Overview:
We're hiring a Sewing Technician to operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, ensuring top-quality products. The role involves machine setup, troubleshooting, and collaboration with production teams. Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM Pay: $18-$20/hour depending on experience Responsibilities: Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products. Set up machines and perform routine maintenance. Inspect finished products for quality. Troubleshoot machine issues and make repairs. Train team members on sewing techniques. Collaborate with design and production teams. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred. Experience in industrial sewing machine operation. Strong sewing skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively. Ability to perform data entry. Ability to use Valve machine and Panel Cutter.
