Service & Production Coordinator

The primary duties of the Client Services Coordinator are to answer and solve client inquiries for service and repair. During the day you will also track and provide proactive status updates for all of our orders through various vendor portals.At the time of service scheduling, you will quote and collect client balances and request reviews. Other duties will include checking in product shipments (regularly lifting up to 50 lbs), occasionally backing up the primary schedulers on phones, and scheduling consultations/installation appointments.Responsibilities:Track, record, and update clients on their order statusReceive and solve requests for service and repair on our existing client's custom shadesSchedule repair and service visits as neededCheck-in deliveries match delivery packing slips with customer filesAnswer phone calls from customers and triage their inquiries as a backup to the primary schedulers for consultations and installationsGreet and consult with prospective clients who enter the showroom as neededFilingQualifications:Microsoft Office, G-suite, CRM experienceClean and professional appearance, we are focused on modern interior design and consider ourselves 'upscale casual'5+ years of administrative experience, scheduling is a bonusMust be dependable, detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to multitaskAbout Company:Gotcha Covered Blind and Decorating Center has been serving the Triangle since 1994.
