The Service Director is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the main dining room and front desk of the restaurant. This position is responsible for planning seatings, recognizing VIP guests and critics, coordinating with servers, server assistants, and assisting in service.

Bludorn is Chef Aaron Bludorn's first restaurant in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston, TX. Following a decade working for legendary French chef Daniel Boulud in New York City, Aaron was lured to Houston (his wife, Victoria's hometown) by the welcoming spirit of Houstonians who embrace newcomers, especially in the culinary community.
