Responsibilities
• Delivering exceptional service advisory and upselling products.• Assisting customers in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues and concerns.• Translating customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians.• Coordinating with Parts Specialists for timely parts delivery and facilitating repairs.• Ensuring all automotive work meets high-quality standards.• Properly documenting paperwork, including repair orders (ROs), invoices, and related records.• Handling invoicing and collecting payments for services rendered.• Addressing and resolving customer complaints for a positive customer experience.• Maintaining accurate customer records and entering data into computer databases.• Monitoring open repair orders daily to ensure a streamlined process.
Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent.• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in automotive service advisory with a focus on customer care and upselling products.• Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.• Attention to detail and accuracy in task performance.• Excellent communication skills and a positive contribution to team dynamics.• Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the last three years.
