We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in serving Acadiana and being a part of a successful family-owned and operated business.As a Service Advisor, you are directly responsible for assisting customers from start to finish of the service process, and beyond. You'll provide a seamless experience by understanding customer needs, consulting with our service technicians, and being able to effectively communicate diagnoses and accurate estimates to customers. Top-notch customer service skills are required to assist our customers throughout the service process, and strong communication skills are of the utmost importance, as you are the face of our Service Department. You'll build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers to ensure that they become customers for life.Do you have what it takes? The ideal candidate must be coachable, effective in both verbal and non-verbal communication, possess strong time management skills, and maintain professional demeanor & appearance.* Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience.
