Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional guest service• Take food and beverage orders from guests• Deliver food and beverages to tables• Ensure guest satisfaction• Assist with cleaning and resetting tables• Handle cash and credit card transactions• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines• Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol• Previous experience as a server preferred but not required• Ability to provide excellent customer service• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Attention to detail and ability to multitask• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods of time
