Our server positions set up the dining room before meals, take our resident's orders, deliver food and ensure a clean area by checking cleaning schedules on a daily basis and keeping work areas clean at all times.
Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card within 30 days of employment. The a bility to lift and carry 40 lbs. of food items, supplies or equipment and communicate effectively with the elderly. Must be 16 years and older.

Criminal background check is required for new hires. Mennonite Village is a drug-free workplace. Background checks are processed through the Department of Human Services and conducted through the State of Oregon Law Enforcement Data System (LEDs) and, if necessary, through the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In addition, information may be obtained through the Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division (DMV), court records, and other states' data systems.
