Who We Are The Dive Motel & Swim Club is a '70s inspired, design-forward, boutique hotel and bar in East Nashville. With a pool, bar, and motel, The Dive Motel works off of two seasons — high in summer and low in winter — we turn high-volume, big days at the pool during summer and offer a curated, guest-driven experience in the winter months.
As a Server / Cabana Server at The Dive Motel, you will be responsible for assisting & creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Main Duties Cabana Set Up & Breakdown | maintain cleanliness of cabanas, set up & break down cabanas for service, including decorating or accommodating special requests Service | take food & drink orders, quickly & efficiently deliver orders, provide knowledge of all menu offerings, and create memorable experience for VIP guests Hospitality | Use steps of service to provide professional, friendly and consistent service Teamwork | Communicate effectively with team and management about guest and bar needs Required Skills/Qualifications: Driven and self-motivated Above average verbal communication skills Flexible schedule Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions General computer proficiency Detail oriented Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Regular and reliable attendance Previous service experience preferred Physical Requirements :
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. Must be able to work outside in hot environment Fast-paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to another. Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds. Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb, as required Why work with us...
