About the Role:The SEO Intern will be tasked with supporting the SEO Department as they work to deliver organic search results for their clients. In this role, the intern will learn SEO fundamentals, and apply that knowledge through guided work, assisting with elements of technical site optimization, Google Business Profile management, directory citation management, content publishing, and data compilation.Responsibilities Include:Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) pages, and publish Google PostsLearn the fundamentals of SEO reporting, and how to use Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other industry standard SEO toolsPull data for client reports and ongoing case studiesPublish SEO content pages on Dealer Inspire websites (Wordpress platform)Review and optimize directory citation profilesOther projects and duties as assignedAbout YOU:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment and a desire to work on challenging projectsOrganized and detail oriented with a can-do approach to projectsCreative problem solvingResponsible initiative ownershipComfort in working independentlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred:Working towards a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, communications or related majorExperience with GSuiteAbout Our Internship Program: Our Summer Internship Program at Cars Commerce is designed to help undergraduate students learn professional skills through a combination of mentorship, on the job training, in-person skills training/development days, and team projects.Program Details & Benefits:Program Duration: June 10th - August 16thPay Rate: $17.50/hourHours: Full-time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Hybrid(Work remote and work from the office 1-2 days out of the week)Equipment: Company issued laptop providedBenefits: Gain real-world experience within a rapidly-innovating, publicly traded tech company, contribute to key projects that leave a lasting impact, and form lasting connections with various levels of our organization along with your fellow interns!
