Title: Senior Workday Absence and Time Tracking Personnel Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. At least 4 years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), Workday implementation, and upgrade experience. Workday certified in HCM, Time Tracking and Absence a plus. Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality. Minimum of 4 years Workday Time Track and Absence post- production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes. Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs. Capabilities Deliver high-quality Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions to meet, enhance and optimize the business needs. Applies an enterprise wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design and configuration of Workday Time Tracking and Absence systems. Solve Workday Time Tracking and Absence issues as they arise. Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one's skills and learnings with others within the organization.
