Senior Transportation Engineer - 100% Remote

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced Transportation Engineer to join their team remotely in Indiana.

As a Transportation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing transportation projects across Indiana. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, analyze, and improve transportation networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and enhanced mobility for communities. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on transportation infrastructure in Indiana.

Responsibilities:
Design and evaluate transportation systems, including highways, intersections, and public transit networks.
Conduct traffic studies, simulations, and modelling to assess traffic flow and identify optimization opportunities.
Develop engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community members.
Mentor 1 or 2 Junior Engineers in the wider Transportation team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license in.
4+ years of experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on design and analysis.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, VISSIM, and/or Synchro.
