Senior Tax Associate Location Charleston, WV : As a Senior Associate , you will help manage multiple engagements, and maintain proactive contact with clients. The Senior Associate is the first-line direct supervisor of In-Charge Associates and Associates, demonstrates excellent technical and communication skills, and judgement necessary for developing staff and dealing with clients. CPE and career growth will focus on specific technical areas and management training. What Your Day Looks Like: Manage simultaneous engagements for quality and profitability including timeline, budget, schedule, and Associates. Contribute to the development of the team: share knowledge; provide leadership, supervision, and performance feedback to staff. Proactively work to establish and maintain strong client relationships and seeks ways to add value. Develop business by expanding existing relationships with clients, maintaining personal networks, and participating in civic, business, and professional organizations.
