Senior Tax Accountant (Hybrid)

This role allows for 3 days remote weekly following the initial onboarding period
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our tax practice, providing high-level expertise and leadership in tax planning, compliance, and consulting services for our diverse client base. Reporting directly to the Tax Manager or Partner, you will have the opportunity to utilize your advanced tax knowledge and analytical skills to deliver outstanding service and strategic tax solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization of tax positions.
Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings, risk mitigation, and optimization of financial objectives.
Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and rulings to support tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements.
Assist in resolving tax notices, audits, and inquiries from tax authorities, representing clients with professionalism and expertise.
Mentor and train junior staff members, providing guidance on tax matters, technical skills, and professional development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide integrated solutions and comprehensive financial services to clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Active CPA license
3+ years public accounting experience with a focus on taxation
$80,000 - $90,000 a year
