Partnershp with VP of Strategy, Measurement, and Innovation, conduct strategic audits of individual or multiple clients' event participation. These audits may assess a combination of quantitative and qualitative metrics. Work directly with account managers on establishing the reporting intervals and training them on data collection methods and controls Draft templates, preliminary report presentations, and derive actionable insights for client reports Collect, pull, and conduct basic statistical analysis on data for client and internal reports Conduct additional client and market research to assist in the creation of benchmarks and identifying trends for use in client reports Assist with ad hoc reporting and analytics projects as necessary Assist in the administration and analysis of quantitative and qualitative surveys as necessary Assist with cross-departmental needs including new product development, client pitches/presentations, and industry/market research Track time applied and costs incurred for individual jobs to ensure costs are applied to client projects appropriately Add/update/manage new and existing project status in the department's tracking platform Under the mentorship of the VP of Strategy, Measurement, and Innovation, continue to learn and apply new skills in data analysis techniques, analytics applications, and mathematical concepts Continue to develop knowledge of the Tradeshow Industry, Experiential Marketing, our clients' businesses, the competitive landscape, and data analysis techniques to provide further value to our clients Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes (CORE Values) Perform other related duties as required. 1-2 years of relevant experience in data analytics in qualitative and quantitative multi-source data collection Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field (business, computer science, applied mathematics, finance) Ability to take initiative and navigate complex projects Strategic, solution-based problem solving skills Trade show/convention industry experience a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, experience with analytics or data tools (Google Analytics, SPSS, R) a plus Experience using Domo or other visualization/dashboarding tools a plus Previous experience tracking financial or other KPI data a plus Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to develop outstanding relationships with clients and internal team members at all levels of the company. By 60 days incumbent should be self-reliant on basic job functions and begin executing more complex tasks. By 90 days, incumbent should have ownership over tasks and begin to present findings to clients, partners and team mates.
