Senior Software Engineer

As a Software Design Engineer at our company, you'll play a crucial role in developing software that enables the continuous miniaturization of semiconductor technology. Working within a dynamic team of highly skilled software engineers, you'll utilize Agile methodologies to develop software using C and/or C++ and Python. Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting modular, scalable, and robust software architectures that meet customer requirements.
Conducting unit testing and on-target testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
Evaluating technical issues, risks, and dependencies for projects.
Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements.
Driving continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance software development efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ECE, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Eight or more years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in the C or C++ language.
Experience with software/technical tools such as ClearCase, Jira, and Bash.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
This position is based on-site in Wilton, CT, and may require occasional travel. While remote work options may be available, on-site presence is necessary for certain events, training, and collaboration opportunities.
