Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to support business processes and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design and implement complex automation processes using Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flow, and Apex triggers when necessary. Optimize Salesforce Lightning experience by customizing Lightning components, App Builder, and Lightning Flow. Manage user access and security settings, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and profiles, ensuring compliance with security best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Salesforce usability, performance, and adoption across the organization. Provide ongoing support and training to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and promoting Salesforce best practices. Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to maximize platform capabilities. Your Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization. Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, including customization of Lightning components, App Builder, and Lightning Flow. Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex automation processes using Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce security model, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and profiles. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM211) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred.
