Senior Recruiter-Energy Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hybrid at Hattiesburg, MS
Opportunity The Senior Recruiter drives our talent acquisition efforts as a leading employer within the global manufacturing business industry. This individual is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer and onboarding process. Your primary focus will be on identifying manufacturing employees who possess the skills and experience necessary to contribute to our company's success.



Specific Responsibilities


Proactively identifies and attracts top manufacturing talent through several channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks.

Conducts thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit with the organization.

Partners closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and develops effective recruitment strategies.

Creates compelling job descriptions and postings that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.

Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and guidance to candidates.

Stays up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

Implements and manages assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' technical skills and suitability for manufacturing roles.

Negotiates and extends job offers, taking into consideration market competitiveness, internal equity, and company budget guidelines.

Collaborates with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the smooth transition of new hires into their respective roles.

Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics to support reporting and analysis.
Skills/Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field is preferred, with a preference towards candidates who hold a Human Resources certification such as the PHR or SHRM-CP.




3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high volume, manufacturing environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
