The Senior QA Analyst will support the definition, planning, reviews and coordination of QA activities related to the project.Job Responsibilities Include:Lead the establishment of QA processes and procedures to support the Medicaid Transformation initiativeReview processes and artifacts to identify and document QA issues and recommendations relative to the implementation ?and maintenance of the Medicaid Transformation initiative vendor deliverablesReview vendor project artifacts throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, documenting the observations and findings using standard checklists and comment matricesArtifacts reviewed include, but are not limited to: Project Estimates, Deliverable Expectation Documents (DEDs), Requirements Documents, Technical Design Documents, Test Packages, Change Requests, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Test Plans, Scenarios and Results, Transition Plans, Billing Invoices and any other artifacts as requiredOther tasks as assigned by the clientBasic QualificationsMinimum Eight (8) years of experience including:Minimum Three (3) years of quality assurance experience conducting reviews of various system development life cycle artifacts, deliverables and processesMinimum Two (2) years of experience working in a health care environmentMust be able to be onsite 50% in Albany, NYRequested QualificationsAbility to assess technical proposals against best practicesAbility to assess level of effort and project estimates against a proposal and recommend acceptance or rejectionFamiliarity with Microsoft applications including Office, SharePoint and TeamsFamiliarity with SDLC waterfall methodologyExperience with writing and/or reviewing requirements, project artifacts and/or deliverablesAbility to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form, to collaborate and engage as a high performing team member with the QA team and client representativesWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $98,925.00 up to $125,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
