Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the proposal process, including the creation, organization, development, and production of proposals and other formally requested customer and/or market-initiated information.
Provides technical writing, technical editing, production coordination, document management, and content development of proposal documentation through final production.
Researches background materials and interprets proposal requirements to prepare responses.
Produce writing and other content creation tasks for the sales and marketing teams, including marketing materials, proposals, web site, social media, and general business communications.
Assists with preparing proposals and presentations by developing go to market content strategies in deliverable material with market leaders.
Maintaining databases for branding, proposal / marketing content and standard components, such as company information, resumes, project experience sheets, and services.
Assist with the application and submittal to design competitions and other types of company awards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University with a background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
(7+) years' work experience writing and developing proposals.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs. Indesign a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and O365 Programs.
Aptitude for learning new programs.
Experience working on civic, municipal, city, state, and federal proposals.
