Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Project Valuation Analyst in the Columbus, OH area to work for a top utility and energy company. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Position Summary: The Senior Project Valuation Analyst is responsible for performing and reviewing financial valuations, discounted cash flows, basic project level pro formas, and other analytics necessary to support the development of renewable and other distributed generation projects for Company OnSite Partners. In addition, will support the internal due diligence review of investment opportunities and ensure that all project risks/rewards identified are appropriately modeled.
Responsibilities: Develop economic valuation models for asset-based deals and opportunities. Utilize understanding of project financing, risk, tax, and accounting concepts to maximize value creation for customers and the company. Directly support the development team with deal valuation and structuring capabilities. Research market and regulatory opportunities and make recommendations in support of structuring new products. Work closely and communicate effectively with Development, Engineering, Project Execution and other teams to iteratively reach the best solution for customers while driving deal value. Manage and facilitate the internal due diligence review to ensure all internal stakeholders are receiving timely communication and information is disseminated in an efficient and effective manner. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with financial modeling coursework, training, and/or experience. Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the energy industry. Strong project management and organizational skills.
