Type: 6-12 month contract to hire
Position: Sr Project Manager
Location: CENTRAL US - travel required
The Area Manager must be based centrally within the US as occasional visits to local sites in select locations is required.

Required Skills and Experience *
10 years of experience working in a design and construction setting for a hospital or health system
Experience managing the IT delivery and implementation in a construction environment
Experience managing a multi-million budget
Experience managing timelines and working with business stakeholders, clinical staff, construction teams, and general contractors is crucial
At least 10 years of experience working for an enterprise level healthcare company (ideally a health system)
At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager
Air-tight documentation and reporting processes

Job Description *
One of our largest healthcare clients is seeking a Senior Healthcare Construction Project Manager to join their growing West Coast team. This Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, budgeting, management, and IT delivery execution for a variety of construction projects within the health system ranging from facility remodels, integrations, and tower build-outs. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing networks, end-user integrations, data centers, managing general power + electric, cooling, HVAC, MDF & IDF, and frequently interacting with the construction teams to ensure deliverables are in line with construction work and timelines. There are also new documentation and process standardizations that will need to be executed and implemented across the organization.
