RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* 5-10yrs+ in a Management/ Estimating Role within Asphalt/ Milling/ Production
* Asphalt would be amazing but any heavy highway/ civil would be great
* Decent company longevity/ Commitment
* Engineering degree Preferred
* Experienced PM with both Public & private work
* Familiarity with IDOT
* Financial Acumen
* Lives local to Chicagoland area
* Career longevity
* Culture fit/ Alignment with company values
* Team player
The salary range would be $100-$140K depending on the level of experience and background; we would be open to going higher for the ideal candidate. There is growth potential for moving into a role as a department head with direct reports of PMs, PEs, and Billing team.
