vHive seeks a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager to oversee the multi-year delivery of digital twins for the telecom sector across the United States, with a particular focus on serving a major enterprise client. This critical role involves leading a dedicated delivery team and coordinating with remote teams to ensure the comprehensive execution of this complex program. The successful candidate will maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that all operational, technical, and logistical aspects are handled efficiently and to the client's exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership Excellence: Lead the delivery of digital twins in the telecommunications sector, closely adhering to project management best practices to meet the specific requirements of a major enterprise client. Ensure that every program milestone, from project initiation to completion, is accomplished on schedule and maintains the highest standards of quality.
Team and Vendor Management: ?Lead a dedicated delivery team and collaborate with additional teams involved in various stages of the project to ensure seamless delivery.
?Oversee the execution of the program's delivery involving extensive collaboration with third-party vendors performing the fieldwork.
?Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure that vendor activities align with project objectives and comply with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication : Responsible for all delivery-related communications, ensuring coordination with the Account Manager to maintain a consistent messaging strategy to stakeholders who are peers in the delivery process.
Risk Management: Proactively identify risks related to project scope. Develop comprehensive mitigation strategies and maintain an agile approach to manage and adapt to risks as they arise.
Regulatory and Standards Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of the program, particularly those involving third-party vendors in the field, adhere to the client's compliance requirements as well as industry-specific standards and local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with vendors to ensure continuous compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
Detailed Reporting and Performance Analysis : Provide detailed reports to both senior management and the client, detailing progress and comparing it against established KPIs and benchmarks. Use data-driven insights to refine project strategies and enhance performance continuously.
REQUIREMENTS ? Educational Background: University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. ? Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of program management experience in the telecommunications sector, specifically with large enterprises, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects.
? Project Management Expertise: Strong proficiency in applying project management best practices and methodologies such as PMBOK or PRINCE2. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
? Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage both dedicated delivery teams and remote cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
? Risk Management Abilities: Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle of a project.
? Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure all aspects of the program comply with these and other legal requirements.
? Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with an Account Manager, ensuring clear and consistent project messaging.
? Analytical Skills: Strong capability to perform detailed reporting and performance analysis, driving project strategies and enhancements based on data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications: ? Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, utilization of drones for data acquisition and digital twin technology is particularly advantageous.
? Vendor Management: Experience in managing third-party vendors, including negotiating contracts, overseeing field operations, and ensuring compliance with project specification is particularly advantageous.
