Senior Program Manager

Job summary
Global Dimensions is recruiting for a Senior Program Manager.The PM will be responsible for managing task orders supporting the US Government in Africa.The PM serves as the primary point of contact to the Government.

Responsibilities
• Spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of a comprehensive service, support, and logistics contract.• Manage task orders request for proposals and develop winning strategies.• Implement project management strategies to achieve program objectives.• Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations and government regulations.• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials and subcontractors.• Oversee program budgets and financial performance.• Identify and mitigate potential risks.• Institute rigorous quality assurance processes.• Manage day-to-day tasks associated with the project.• Serve as a liaison between the program team and senior management, customers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
• At least three (3) years of managing a single contract or task order with a minimum $3 million ceiling value.• At least three (3) years of experience managing Foreign Assistance programs for the Department of State and/or United States Agency for International Development with a minimum $3 million value.• At least ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in managing complex projects and/or programs.• Demonstrated adherence to quality standards and reviews program deliverables.• Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.• Demonstrated ability to successfully work with customers/clients.• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software.• Demonstrated fluency in English speaking and writing.• Master's Degree or equivalent and thirteen (13) years of program management experience.• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and fifteen (15) years of program management experience.
