Senior Product Manager

The Alexa Customer Journeys team is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech with the experience and passion to dive deep and drive impact across the tech, design, and engagement challenges of defining and scaling personalized feature discovery for Generative AI use cases. The role requires leaders with technical depth as well as strong hold on industry best practices.

Our team builds a combination of end customer experiences and horizontal systems that are scaled across hardware and software experiences. We strive to keep things Day 1, and fun. We are located across Seattle (WA), Bellevue (WA), Irvine (CA), and Santa Monica (CA).
Key job responsibilities
This role will be focused on increasing ongoing discovery of features across all Alexa customers, including:
• Define the vision, strategy and requirements for customer scenarios.
• Represent the voice of customer through external and internal research and map to customer needs.
• Work with engineering and applied science to advance state of the art.
• Drive adoption, engagement, and experimentation of your products.
• Collaborate and influence across Amazon to amplify the impact of your product.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to execute product launches.

Bellevue, WA, USA | Irvine, CA, USA | Santa Monica, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
