Savantage Solutions is seeking a Senior Oracle application developer to support the full system development life cycle (SDLC) and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically Oracle Financials. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement Oracle Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration (CEMLI) modifications and integrations. using PL/SQL, Forms and Reports Oracle database (DB) 12c or later. Work with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development framework and a strong understanding of Oracle Workflow and concurrent programs. Work collaboratively with other members of the development team and requirements team to understand system design and functions. Support the capture and translation of business requirements into technical requirements. Develop system design specifications. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance. Develop, modify, and unit test program code per the system design and coding standards with minimal supervision. Perform code and peer reviews; participate in other review sessions. Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing of the Oracle applications. Create and maintain project artifacts as needed to support the project. Provide advice and technological solutions to support clients' demands. Identify process improvements and develop technology integrations for business functions. Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Degree with 7+ years of hands-on technical development experience supporting and implementing Oracle EBS Oracle Financials. Experience with other Oracle EBS modules and other Oracle-based applications, a plus. Strong in PL/SQL, Forms and Reports, and Workflow development (i.e., customizations and extensions) Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple task assignments. Strong technical knowledge of OAF development, including experience working with CEMLIs. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with team members and business stakeholders. Strong written skills, Familiarity with Solutions Business Manager (SBM) Jira, GitLab, and other version management tools, a plus. Experience with APEX, a plus. Education and Certification Bachelor of Science degree. Years of experience may be substituted for education on a one-for-one basis. Oracle certifications, a plus.
