As a Senior Market and Product Expansion Associate in Commercial Banking Solutions, you contribute significantly to your team's success and test the regulatory requirements for our products. You work across the organization, build critical relationships, and prepare the products to go to market. Job responsibilities Supports the team on pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior Develops a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets Applies the defined regulatory testing procedures and uses discretion to identify and respond to complex cases when it is unclear whether a product meets market requirements Contributes to the development of the regulatory testing process and identifies inefficiencies for product improvements Builds and maintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functions including Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Technology Supports the expansion strategy execution for Concourse, a digital payments platform, including driving the product roadmap prioritization, pricing methodology, targeting and go-to-market activities Scales payments platform to Commercial Banking clients to meet revenue targets Adapts an agile mindset to support new product capabilities and functionalities, ensuring the final solution is functional, operational and addresses client needs and pain points Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working in Product, Technology, or Project Management Developing knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements Experience in developing and executing regulatory testing procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with digital solutions, including web based and mobile platforms Strong product management skills to focus on a customer first mindset, lean product thinking and a focus on product adoption Highly organized and experienced with complex process flows Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit Knowledge of emerging technologies as well as exposure to design thinking Ability to work across multiple teams to deliver our vision A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and executing challenging goals Strategic mindset with a demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing initiatives Strong leadership abilities with a results driven focus
