As the Senior Legal Solutions & Technology Analyst, you will manage legal-focused projects, applications, and processes. You will interact with key legal and business partners and collaborate with other Legal Solutions & Technology (LST) team members to identify business opportunities and then design, implement, and support solutions to improve the day-to-day productivity of the legal and business teams. You see problems as opportunities with a solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on the end user and business needs while navigating complex and ambiguous scenarios. You also enjoy working with a highly connected Legal Operations team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Legal Solutions & Technology. This is a hybrid role working from our EA Redwood Shores office.
Your Responsibilities Include: Gather, validate, prioritize, and interpret requirements and produce technical designs for system implementation, end-to-end use, and end-user support Select existing or research new solutions to meet requirements Configure and implement technical and functional solutions In collaboration with end-user teams, create and manage project schedules to meet deliverables, identify risks, and provide status to stakeholders Create test cases/scenarios and manage user acceptance tests Create and update self-help and training materials Conduct training and drive user adoption Help manage project budgets and vendor relationships Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies Create and produce operational metrics Ensure solution controls are adhered to and respond to SOX and internal audit requests Other duties as assigned Qualifications 7+ years experience with system configuration and implementation with similar sized organization Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) Experience implementing technical solutions in no-code environments; leading global projects such as Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) in a legal department Experience identifying, documenting, and prioritizing requirements Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors to meet project timelines / deliverables Is intellectually curious and embraces technology to enable and automate business processes US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
