Apply today and let your skills and expertise shine!Responsibilities:Provide top level global support of all Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Defender, Exchange.Provide guidance and support to regional admin teams and global service desk as part of a 3rd tier escalation team.Manage corporate identity provisioning and offboarding using Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra.Support Azure cloud operations including RBAC, PIM, MFA, conditional access policies.Collaborate with business partners and other areas of IT, using technology to drive innovation and support company growth objectives.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in collaboration technology.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.Proficient in M365 services, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, PowerShell.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong adaptability to a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating both individual initiative and effective teamwork.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.Hasbro's world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
