Senior Digital Media Manager

Position Overview
As a Senior Digital Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing media strategies to drive lead generation, awareness, and branding for our clients. Your expertise will encompass various digital channels such as Search Engine Marketing, paid social, native advertising, programmatic, as well as offline media. You'll collaborate closely with our client services team, crafting comprehensive media plans, managing day-to-day implementation, analyzing results, and providing regular insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
Media Planning
Collaborate with client services team to understand client goals, strategies, and budgets.
Develop annual media plans and adjust throughout the year based on evaluation of results.
Present and review plans with clients and internal teams.
Digital Media Management
Lead paid search and social marketing efforts for clients, setting up and managing digital advertising accounts.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments across media.
Collaborate with other teams to identify new strategic opportunities and platforms.
Offline Media Management
Research options, negotiate placements, and calculate target audience delivery for offline media.
Aid in the development of media flowcharts and schedule sheets.
Reporting
Prepare monthly paid media reports containing results, insights, and recommendations.
Participate in monthly and quarterly reporting meetings with clients.
Additional Roles & Responsibilities
Represent Love & Company professionally in client meetings.
Support other teams in developing and implementing integrated campaign strategies.
Manage the revenue recognition process for digital advertising projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, or related field.
2-3 years of proven work experience as a digital media specialist or equivalent.
Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft paid search campaigns, and Google Analytics.
Experience in social media advertising and offline media planning.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
