Details of the offer

? The Role
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will operate and think like a publisher. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and lean on your creativity and pragmatism to develop high-quality content that educates the market, builds awareness, and drives business growth. This will require you to be detail-oriented and process-driven, producing and distributing content across various formats and channels.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing. You will work closely with other marketing functions like Corporate Communications, Performance, and Product Marketing to drive meaningful results for the business. We seek a self-starter and solutions-oriented team player who aligns with our values and aims to contribute to our success from day one.

What You'll Do Develop and execute content and social media strategies that support business goals, driving brand awareness, thought leadership, engagement, and conversations.
Draft blog articles, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, bylines, fact sheets, eBooks, white papers, sales collateral, and other content formats.
Collaborate cross-functionally to review and copy-edit various forms of content, ensuring consistency across brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
Conduct market research to identify market trends, SEO and keyword performance, persona preferences, and best-in-class strategies to inform content creation.
Create and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar to plan, organize, and schedule content and promotion across various channels and platforms.
Identify existing content to recycle and repurpose, driving efficiencies and cost-effective ways to create new content.
Report on content engagement, conduct keyword analysis, and identify optimization opportunities.
Provide strategic input and creative direction for content development to ensure alignment across marketing campaign goals, target audience needs, and business goals.
Your Story We're seeking a talented content creator with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. While agency experience is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite. What's essential is your exceptional writing and editing skills across various content formats. You should be well-versed in content marketing best practices, particularly on social media platforms like LinkedIn.
Utilizing SEO data to inform content strategy should be second nature to you, and you excel at translating complex topics into digestible content. Taking ownership of projects and thriving with minimal guidance is key, but you're also a team player who collaborates effectively across departments. Proficiency with tools such as WordPress, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and the Google Suite rounds out your skill set, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running.
Our Story At NewStore, we're on a mission to create a seamless, app-based omnichannel experience that will change the game for innovative retail brands. And guess what? We're doing just that, by empowering brands in 40+ countries to run their entire store on an iPhone, we're paving the way for a brighter future in retail, where shopping is an effortless, enjoyable experience.
At NewStore, our diversity is our greatest strength. Our team comprises over 40 nationalities, fostering a melting pot of unique perspectives, cultural experiences, and innovative ideas.
Join us in our mission to bring the joy back to retail and be part of a team that is breaking down barriers and creating a brighter future. Perks and Benefits Time off is a priority - with a generous PTO policy and a culture that encourages you to take it, you can enjoy some much-needed R&R.
If you're looking to grow your skills and knowledge, we've got you covered. With a personal development budget and a supportive environment that values learning, you can take your career to new heights.
Plus, with the option to work remotely, you have the autonomy to create the work environment that works best for you.
The best part? Our "life-friendly" working hours mean you can have it all - a fulfilling career and a happy life.
And that's not all - as a valued team member, you'll have the opportunity to share in our success with employee stock options and a quarterly bonus based on company goals.
If you're ready to join a team where you can bring your A-game, let's talk!
