- Lead a team of estimators on commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor and material costs
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for clients
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in estimating
Sr Estimator Job responsibilities:
- 8+ years' experience working on commercial construction projects
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite
